We currently have circa 80 employees based in the UK, Ukraine and Germany with the aim to expand rapidly in the next 12 months both organically and through acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven, committed, and talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic proptech Company. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our innovative solutions and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand identity, engage with our target audience and contribute to the success of our organisation. Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop a consistent marketing strategy for OneDome and partner brands
  • Create high quality content to deliver across multiple channels.
  • Assist in accelerating our B2B partnership acquisition and growth within the Estate Agent, New Homes Developer and New Homes Asset Manager sectors working closely with product and sales teams in achieving outsized ROI
  • Accountable for driving upper funnel B2C traffic and conversion of leads across both our property portals and social media outreach.
  • Explore optimal ways to grow our client base and enhance our conversion rate to sign up, with a focus on digital but solid through the line experience.
  • Understanding of paid advertising (Facebook)
  • Manage and optimize the Company’s social media presence and create compelling marketing content under the direction of the Marketing Manager
  • Create emails - inclusive of copy writing and image selection
  • Building and writing weekly blog posts for brand content and SEO purposes
  • Ensuring all customer touch points online are updated with current seasonal imagery
  • Assist with PR requests and management of all press coverage
  • Managing and updating image archives
  • Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness, inform decisions and make recommendations for improvements, to contribute to success of overall commercial objectives
  • Creating internal comms for team members
  • Preparing reports for performance on key marketing channels including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter

Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements

  • 2:1 degree Batchelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Digitally savvy individual with an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker to generate innovative ideas to differentiate our brand in the market
  • Proficiency in creating high resolution content for distribution across multiple channels, preferably within Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work well within the team and as an individual possibly across multiple sites
  • Be able to deliver against lead targets set out in strategy within a timely schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner namely for blog, email, and social creation.
  • Experience / desire to work in a fast-paced, growth environment or entrepreneurial experience.
