An Award winning tech start up is looking to hire field account executive in South West of England (Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset) to grow engagement with estate agents and housebuilders.

Your role will be primarily field based (some home working), working face to face, helping to onboard our clients, ensure they fully understand the opportunity, have the tools and knowledge to capitalise on the services they are receiving and provide a professional OneDome experience. 

As an active member of the Sales & Account Management team, you’ll have plenty of scope and opportunity to impact the direction of our products and ensure the team understands our client’s needs.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Be the face of the company, conducting yourself in a manner that reflects the professionalism of the wider company and brand.
  • Systematically contacting and meeting Estate Agents or Housebuilders, who have signed up to our services, on a weekly basis.
  • Get to know your clients in detail, building rapport, furthering the relationship, spotting opportunities for cross/up-selling other OneDome products and ensuring retention/growth of those clients.
  • Be accountable for the annual revenue received from your clients against forecast.
  • Be a trusted advisor for your clients, guiding them through every aspect of OneDome services/platforms, answering any questions, providing ongoing training, taking ownership of any issues and finding solutions to resolve them.
  • Provide feed-back into the Sales, Marketing & Product Development teams resulting from client visits.
  • Have an eye for spotting new business opportunities.
  • Take pride in being the best and delivering a great customer experience.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is passionate about shaping our processes and helping us to build an industry changing product. We want you to feel involved! Our team is growing but is still small enough for you to help build something from the ground up and have your say in how things should be done.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales facing role or in a sales focussed account management role.
  • Eagerness to work in an Account Management role with a focus on upselling SaaS products and client engagement.
  • Desire to act with integrity and be a trusted advisor - putting the needs of the client first.
  • Excellent presentation skills, delivering the onboarding and training to new clients with confidence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate (Microsoft 365 & Teams) with a strong technical mind and a natural ability to navigate new systems and platforms.
  • Have a full and valid UK driving licence and happy to travel to and from meetings within patch
  • Hunger and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving business.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work remotely and proactively manage your own diary.
  • Occasional travel to our office in London will be required for meetings/training days (Expenses covered). During your induction period you may also be required to be in London (Possible overnight stays if preferred) while we get you set up, immersed in the business and feeling fully comfortable in the role.

Things which would be useful but not essential:

  • Experience in UK estate agency or new homes sales
  • A basic understanding of the UK mortgage and/or conveyancing market
  • A basic understanding of the home buying/selling journey in the UK
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience.
